This small apartment is part of a building conceived with two separate entrances, one from the central staircase and another from a shared access corridor formed by a series of collective terraces. Rather than treating this secondary entrance as mere circulation, the project uses it as an opportunity to rethink the entire structure of the apartment.

By reorganising the plan around this existing access, the former entrance area is transformed into an additional room, allowing the compact apartment to accommodate a new way of living without increasing its footprint. Light oak, white surfaces and soft, luminous materials create continuity throughout the interior, making the limited dimensions feel generous. The result is a small home with the spatial clarity of a much larger one.
