The masterplan for Block 39 imagines architecture as an educational catalyst: an urban environment where high science meets everyday life, and public curiosity is treated as seriously as academic research. Rejecting New Belgrade's car-scaled grid, the site plan restores human-scale movement, allowing chance encounters and casual exchange.

Each scientific institution generates its own "force field" of influence, made physical as an accompanying public space. Part park, part exhibition, each blends vegetation and pavement along paths that follow how people naturally move. These overlapping fields, distorting and shaping one another, give the site its fluid, circular geometry. It is a diagram of how ideas actually spread: across disciplines, generating culture through interaction.
